We were recently recognized by the Quaboag Hills Chamber of Commerce for 40 years in business.
We pride ourselves on our service to the surrounding community. We can be found volunteering at the Palmer Senior Center helping to provide access to legal guidance to local seniors. We have also worked with the River-East School-to-Career Partnership inviting local high school students to intern in our office to gain hands-on education about both legal careers and operations of small business.

Joseph R. White
Joseph R. White graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and from Suffolk University Law School, earning a Juris Doctor degree. Joe was a law clerk to the Justices of the Superior Court and an assistant register at the Hampshire Probate and Family court. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court. He is retired from the United States Army Reserve with 27 years of service and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Quaboag Hills Chamber of Commerce. Joe served as Town Moderator for the Town of Belchertown for 20 years.

Elizabeth White Chouinard
Elizabeth White Chouinard graduated from Elms College with bachelor’s degree in business management and from Western New England University, School of Law earning a Juris doctor degree. Upon graduation, Liz proudly joined her father, Joe, in practice in 2007. She represented the City of Holyoke as a Staff Attorney and as Acting City Solicitor. Liz had the privilege of returning to her alma mater, Elms College, as an adjunct professor in the Legal Studies Department coaching students to compete in the National Collegiate Moot Court Competition. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court.
